This recipe from Masterbuilt shows you a great to cook steak on your pellet grills.

You smoke the steak for a short while at a low temperature to impart smoke, and then you finish it off by searing the steak on hot grills or a hot pan. This allows you the best of 2 worlds – you get a good smoke flavour, but you also get a nice crust and sear on your meat as well.

If you don’t know what Chimichurri sauce is, it’s a delicious herby, slightly spicy Argentinian/Uruguayan BBQ sauce. It’s sometimes called Argentine BBQ sauce.
